  • Unopened Items in Original Packaging:
    We accept returns for furniture that is unopened and still in its original box. A restocking fee will apply.
  • Opened Items:
    Once the item has been opened, it is non-refundable unless there is a defect or damage reported on the day of delivery.

2. How to Request a Return

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@livingthedream.com with your order details.
  • Returns must be approved and authorized before shipping the item back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us on the same day of delivery. Please provide photos and a description of the issue when reaching out to our support team.
  • We will review your claim and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, at our discretion.

4. Restocking Fees

  • A restocking fee will be applied to all eligible furniture returns. This fee will be deducted from the final refund amount.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened items that are not reported as damaged or defective on the day of delivery are non-refundable.
  • Any customized or final sale items are not eligible for returns.
